Loan Performance

The endpoints in this section allow you to pass Loan Performance data into Decision Cloud in order to be displayed within reports.

Decision Cloud Lead ID's

Decision Cloud uses a unique Lead ID to reference customer transactions within our platform. Lead ID's are unique to the customer in conjunction with that customer's loan that was created at the time of that specific transaction. Lead ID's are passed into your management system along with all Lead Posts.

WARNING

The Loan Performance API requires that your management system be collecting and storing these Lead ID's on all Lead Posts. Lead ID's are passed as data type BIGINT UNSIGNED integers.

Recommended Endpoint Usage

Upsert Customer Batch

This endpoint should be used to process all time loan performance data. There are a few top reasons that you may want to use this endpoint.

• Perhaps your account is new to Decision Cloud and you would like to pull in all your historic loan performance data from your management system to view in various reports provided by the system.
• Perhaps an adjustment was made to either the Decision Cloud API or data in your management system and in order for the changes to take affect we would need to reprocess the data for all time.
• Perhaps you prefer to update your loan performance data on a nightly basis to simply process any customer information that has been updated within the previous day (or whatever time frame interval that fits your needs best). This final reason would work just fine but is not recommended because you will lose the power of real-time updates in our reports.

Upsert Customer

This endpoint should be used to process real-time leads just posted into the Decision Cloud system that have been accepted by your management system. This endpoint tracks the main lead loan that has been initially created immediately after being posted into your management system. The Upsert Loan and Upsert Payment endpoints requires this request to have been processed prior to using those or they will not track properly because there is not yet any customer tied to the Decision Cloud Lead ID.
